Erin is passionate about three things: providing high-quality legal advice to her home region, supporting her family, and promoting the success of local businesses and individuals.

Erin has been practising law for over 15 years and has been based on the Eyre Peninsula for the last decade. Now, she brings her wealth of knowledge and experience to EP Legal, equipping her to offer comprehensive legal solutions to the people of the Eyre Peninsula.

Erin has extensive experience in the areas of Wills, Estates, Commercial and Property Law. She has a particular interest in Succession Planning for farming families.

Georgia Hamood-Smith

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Born and bred in Port Lincoln, Georgia is deeply connected to the Eyre Peninsula community.

She completed her double degree in a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (International Business) at the University of Adelaide.

Georgia has extensive practical legal experience in Estate and Succession Planning, Deceased Estate Administration, Property and Commercial Law. She brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and a passion for supporting individuals, families, and businesses in the region.

Her goal is to ensure that every client feels informed, empowered and supported throughout the legal process.
